The first transnational project meeting (TPM) of the Work As a Remedy project took place on October 20, 2023 in Prague. With the participation of representatives of all partner organizations, we met at Residence Dlouha for the whole day. 

After a warm welcome from the project coordinators, InErudico, the meeting started with a discussion about the partners' experience related to the project themes.

From this conversation some very powerful ideas have come out, such as applying the target group to also people with undiagnosed mental health problems; or including VET students in these target groups. 

Once the presentations were done, we started with the discussion around the two main activities developed in this project: the motivational video and the book of good practices.

Regarding the video, all project partners have had the opportunity to share their opinions, ideas and suggestions to develop them.

We have reached agreements and set deadlines for the work. You will soon be able to enjoy this video on our website.

For the book, it is still early to start developing it, but we have also been able to give our ideas and suggestions on how to carry it out and start developing it in March 2024. 

Having clarified the tasks of each partner, and after a delicious meal that gave us the opportunity to get to know each other better, we discussed the issues related to the dissemination and management of the project.

We agreed to open a google drive to share all the evolution of the project. In addition, the creation of the website and the visual identity of the project has been launched.

Regarding social media, we agreed to create a hashtag to make it easy to find us: #workasaremedy.

Thus ends this first meeting in which we have been able to see each other in person, enjoy Prague and start working on this project with enthusiasm and excitement.
