In Erudico is a non-profit organization located in Kromeriz, Czech Republic.

InErudico was established in 2016 with the idea to bring together experts in education, counselling, gender issues, equal opportunities and with the insight of those realize such projects and activities on local, regional and European level.

InErudico carries out gender audits and implement gender equality measurements into the organisation´s working environment. Organization´s code of conduct is a focus on promotion of innovative learning approach, personal development trainings and offering lectures and seminars for adults. InErudico also collaborates with primary and secondary schools and universities within the networking of experts.

A specific area of organization expertise is a support of people with health (mental) disabilities in their return to labour market. Experienced team of career counsellors and psychologists provide systematic support to people with mental disabilities to help them in work restart through a complex of counselling and mentoring activities leading to job-placement in local and regional employers (SMEs). InErudico closely cooperates with psychological clinics, Psychiatric hospital in Kromeriz, Centres for mental health in Kromeriz and Zlin county.

InErudico cooperates with organisations across EU, it´s engaged in Erasmus+ projects and ensure the transfer of innovation in education and support sustainable development.
