Work as a Remedy Good Practices Book EN
Despite the challenges, I understood that having a fulfilling and productive life was still possible. The key was adapting, embracing my strengths, and acknowledging that every step forward—no matter how small—was a victory in itself. This experience helped me regain confidence in myself and understand that productivity does not always mean keeping up with others' pace. I realized that my worth was not determined by how fast I worked or how much I could physically handle, but rather by the dedication, effort, and resilience I brought to my job. In my new job, I realized that I had the right to express my needs and set boundaries. I learned to communicate what I could and couldn't do, and I started feeling much more efficient when I saw that my work was valued, even though I needed breaks and had to work at my own pace. We all experience ups and downs, but the key is not to get stuck in difficult moments. Challenges may force us to adapt, but there is always a way forward. Even when life takes an unexpected turn, we can find new ways to grow, contribute, and redefine our sense of purpose. What matters most is resilience—the ability to keep moving, even if it’s at our own pace. By recognizing my own limitations and advocating for my needs, I learned to work in a way that suited my condition while still contributing meaningfully. I stopped comparing myself to others and started focusing on what I could achieve within my own capabilities. This shift in perspective allowed me to see that progress is not always about speed or endurance but about finding sustainable ways to move forward.
